· All those auditioning will get a fair, unbiased chance as per our non-discrimination policy.
· The cast list will be posted and scripts will be available by 6:00 pm Monday, April 10th.
· Auditions and casting are a very exciting and stressful time for those auditioning, as well as the production staff. Please remember that casting is not a personal refection on you as as an individual. There are a variety of factors that go into casting, including—Vocal, dancing & acting ability; chemistry with other actors and scene partners; schedule availability; attitude; and to some degree—reliability and behavior issues from past productions. Inevitably, there will be some hurt feelings, however I expect everyone to keep negative comments to themselves. We will build each other up as a cast instead of tearing one another down. A positive, team-centered attitude is essential!
